Cooch Behar BJP's National Secretary General Kailash Vijayvargiya said that if the need arises in the wake of Rath Yatra in West Bengal, then the party will be the Supreme Court. The Calcutta High Court has disposed off the appeal filed by the BJP against the order of a single bench on Thursday, in which the party was refused permission for its rath yatra.The court directed that the Chief Secretary, the Home Secretary and Director General of Police should meet with the three BJP representatives till December 12 and make a decision in the matter till December 14. Speaking to the media before the court's verdict, Vijayvargiya said, "If necessary, we will go to the Supreme Court for justice."The Calcutta High Court strongly rebuked the West Bengal government on Friday not to give any reply to those letters which he had written to seek permission for his rath yatras in the state. While standing with BJP state leadership, Vijayvargiya said, there has been no mistake from the party and the whole party is united and we are with the state BJP president.BJP state president Dilip Ghosh, reacting to the High Court's decision, said, "We thank the court for his decision."
