Case against three constables including Sushil Ansal for the passport fake encounter

New Delhi : The Delhi Police has registered an FIR against three policemen, including Sushil Ansal, the owner of a cinema-bearer, convicted in the 1997 Carnation of Uphar Cinema Conflagration.
