New Delhi : The Delhi High Court has expressed displeasure at the hearing of the accused not filing the reply in the 2G spectrum allocation scam case. During the hearing on Thursday, the angry Delhi High Court, while pronouncing the sentence on delay, asked all the accused to put 15 thousand trees in the Ridge area of South Delhi.Justice Najmi Vaziri gave a final opportunity to respond to Swan Telecom Pvt Ltd promoter Shahid Balwa, Director of Kusegaon Fruits and Vegetables Pvt Ltd Rajiv Agarwal and companies- Dynamic Reality, DB Reality Limited and Nihar Constructions Pvt. Ltd.. The High Court directed them to meet the concerned officer of the forest department on February 15 to plant trees in South Delhi area.It is worth noting that the lower court had given former Telecom Minister A to the money laundering case. Raja and DMK MP Kanimozhi, two persons and three companies were acquitted. The next hearing of this case will be on March 26.
