Rafael case again reached Supreme Court

New Delhi : The Supreme Court said on Thursday that it will consider listing the appeals demanding review of its decision on December 14 for dismissing the need to investigate the deal for buying 36 Rafael fighter aircraft from France. A bench headed by Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi said that four applications or petitions have been filed on the Rafael issue, and one of them has been in the registry due to the weakness so far. There are also Justice LN Rao and Justice Sanjeev Khanna in this bench.When Prashant Bhushan demanded immediate listing of petitions in the Rafael case, the bench said that the bench (judges) will have to make changes. it's very hard.
